A vintage scene from the Geffen-Roberts office on Sunset Blvd. in L.A.: a place where deals were made and a place where the show was as much about David Geffen as it was about the acts–from Neil Young to Joni Mitchell–he represented.
American Masters: Inventing David Geffen, premieres nationally on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 on PBS (check local listings)

Wish this wasn’t in Flash. This is 2012.
I am running Apple OS 10.5.8. The video won’t play for me. What can I do to see it?
Try updating to the latest version of flash. Sorry for the trouble.
Thanks for watching,
The AM team.
Thank you ! Has the AM team ever thought about a documentary on James Truslow Adams, the historian who penned the phrase “the American dream” ? Thank you for your consideration!
Was privledged to see the premier of Inventing Geffen last night in NYC – and i highly recommend this presentation. Compelling story, most likely about 70% of the truth, and very enjoyable
The Good Old Days! So much great music and dreams.
Im confused. My tax dollars partially paid for this but I can’t watch it without subscribing to a media conglomerate?
