Richard Ford is interested not so much in how men and women are different, but in what they share. He's attracted to the forces that define relationships -- the circumstances that bring men and women together and those that tear them apart. Ford's books include WOMEN WITH MEN, INDEPENDENCE DAY, WILDLIFE and THE SPORTSWRITER. He's a frequent contributor to THE NEW YORKER, HARPER'S, and ESQUIRE. EGG travels to Ford's home in Maine where he discusses and reads a new work, "Under the Radar," from his new collection of stories, A MULTITUDE OF SINS.
