With microphone clenched in one hand and a martini in the other, he sings searing songs about lost love, betrayal and loneliness that come straight from his broken heart -- or, rather, from the heart of Brent Newman, Glyn's creator. By day, Brent is a reclusive, middle-aged mattress salesman who describes his nights lived as his alter-ego. Glyn Styler, as a way "to free myself from my history."
