Some -- like Kramer -- imply that Cloaca doesn't only make crap, it IS crap. Wim Delvoye argues that the machine comments on a host of human and social conditions, including nuclear waste, human waste, advances in biotechnology, medical achievements and life itself. No matter what anyone thinks about this work of art, there's one thing that everyone agrees on -- it stinks!
