Spencer Kayden was nominated for a Tony Award in 2002 for her portrayal of Little Sally in the musical "Urinetown." While the musical was still off-Broadway, she recieved a Clarence Derwent Award and a Drama Desk nomination for her performance. She has written and performed with the Neo-Futurists in "Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind: 30 Plays in 60 Minutes," and has improvised with Centralia, Burn Manhattan, Boom Chicago, and others. Spencer Kayden can also be heard as the voice of Mrs. Pepper on Nickelodeon's BLUE'S CLUES.
