Whales range in size from the blue whale, the largest animal known to have ever lived on the planet to various pygmy species, such as the pygmy sperm whale that reaches a length of around 10 feet. Even though I’m only 11, I really hope people would stop hunting these poor creatures. They don’t even come out and hurt us. Even if they do hurt us, I’m sure it was not on purpose. I wouldn’t mind people hurting them to look inside them and learn more. But that doesn’t mean that you could waste their lives, like people waste paper. People should know by now that their real and that their living beings! They shouldn’t kill them for food! I mean people killing sharks make sense, cause sharks kill us as well! but blue whales are kind living beings! People should not kill them because they think blue whales are dangerous! They should learn about them before jumping in and killing them. All these people researching about them are doing it for a purpose, they want to learn about them. Not kill them.
