Republican Rep. Mike Kennedy will face off in a debate Thursday against Democratic candidate Jonny Larsen as voters in west-central Utah consider whom to send to the U.S. House.

Voters first elected Kennedy, a physician, to Congress two years ago. Larsen is a Marine veteran.
