Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps captured his 23rd gold medal in Rio on Saturday. He has tallied 28 medals overall, the most of any athlete of any sport in history, in a career that has spanned four Olympic competitions, but Phelps has said the Rio Olympics will be his last.
