Every Monday for five weeks, a new category of films will be available to watch via the PBS website and the PBS YouTube channel. At then end of the festival, a People’s Choice winner will announced. On Thursday, I talked to the festival’s hosts, Patrick Epino and Stepehn Dypiangco of the National Film Society, about the project: We're not going anywhere.
