Iris Bohnet is a professor of public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and the director of its women and public policy program. She is also the co-chair of the Behavioral Insights Group at the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School and associate director of the Harvard Decision Science Laboratory. Her most recent book is "What Works: Gender Equality by Design."
