They would be crazy to just cap it if they can get it to a refinery, that’s their real motive. Paul Solman: Wait just a second. Are you suggesting that BP is PURPOSELY not capping the leak? A leak whose damages – in terms of legal liability alone – threatens the very existence of the company?
