What began as the Occupy Wall Street protest in New York has now spread to cities across the United States. Here’s a roundup of the latest public media coverage of the weekend protests around the nation:

At the movement’s original site in New York, 92 were arrested on Saturday as demonstrators have openly admitted that they are more willing to confront the police during marches. WNYC reports on the increasing commitment of protesters in New York and also features an interactive timeline of how the protests have developed.

In Chicago, 175 people were arrested in Grant Park early on Sunday for refusing to take down their tents at park closing, according to WBEZ. Protesters are planning more marches in Chicago city streets Monday during evening rush hour.

KPBS San Diego reports on protesters begin their twelfth day Monday and plan to march from the San Diego Civic Center to the downtown courthouse.
