Harvard’s David Cutler on how to cut health care costs

Massachusetts’ 2006 law expanding health care coverage has served as a blue print for the Affordable Care Act. But as we reported in a Making Sen$e segment earlier this week, the state hasn’t quite tackled the cost issue yet. Health care costs more in Massachusetts than in any other state.
