Can you or someone you know, or even know of, direct us to a worker or several who are suffering from being worked too hard and too long in the current economic environment? The other variant: someone who’s older and simply not able to work as hard as in the past, yet is expected to and can now no longer afford to retire. We’d very much appreciate hearing from you. Just write to us in the question box here at the Business Desk. And thank you. It’s an important story, I think, but it’s difficult to get people to talk about it on camera, for fear of employer reprisal. A free press is a cornerstone of a healthy democracy.
