Fort Lee’s Facebook page has reported than an all clear was given at the base at 9:50 a.m. EDT.

United States Army base Fort Lee is under lockdown after the reported presence of an active shooter on site.
The base, located in central Virginia, posted a warning through their verified Twitter account Monday morning at 9:31 a.m. EDT. The tweet reported that the shooter was located near the base’s Combined Arms Support Command building and advised personnel to “enact active shooter protocols immediately.”
No further information was made available.
