Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said two of the suspects in custody are believed to be the gunmen. But he warned the investigation still isn’t complete. There’s additional information to be garnered. We’re not done in any way, shape, or form, and the possibility exists that there will be more arrests from this event.
