Plane crash reported in Russia

A Boeing 737 flight originating in Moscow has crashed while landing in the city of Kazan, the capital of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan.

According to a spokeswoman for the Emergencies Ministry, at least 44 are believed to have been killed.

There were no immediate indications of what may have caused the crash.
