Lavrov and Secretary of State John Kerry are among a group of world leaders attending talks in London. The meeting comes before a Sunday vote in Crimea on whether the region will secede and become a part of Russia. And despite some international fears, Lavrov said Russia has no plans to invade southeastern Ukraine.
