The USS Zumwalt is set to launch later this year and represents a massive technical upgrade for the Navy.

The ship hosts sixteen self-contained data centers that each has its own shock absorption, power protection, water cooling system, and electromagnetic shielding. This is an upgrade over previous ships which had to turn off data systems before weapons could be fired, according to Ars Technica. The data centers are using off the shelf technology with IBM servers and Red Hat Linux software.

Prospective Captain James Kirk will take commad of the stealth ship. But the recent government shutdown has delayed the christening that was to take place tomorrow.
