COPENHAGEN UPDATE: Ray Suarez is in Copenhagen tonight, and has a report on the latest developments at the Climate Change Summit where the developing nations today ended their boycott of talks….and former Vice President Al Gore warned that that Arctic Ocean may be nearly ice-free each summer as early as the year 2014.

CHINA’S RARE EARTH: Lindsey Hilsum of Indepdendent Television News has a fascinating report for us tonight from China. As the country embraces green industry, it’s also dealing with a significant environmental dilemma related to the country’s dominance in the production of highly-prized minerals known as “Rare Earth”.

REMEMBERING PAUL SAMUELSON: Following the death Sunday of one of the 20th century’s most influential economists, our Business and Economics Correspondent Paul Solman presents a reprise of a recent interview he filmed with Paul A. Samuelson. Then Jim Lehrer interviews economics journalist David Warsh about Paul Samuelson’s life and times.
