According to the Associated Press, in the city of Tacloban, signs of rebuilding are underway amid the rubble. Destroyed buildings and debris line the shore, but in amongst the piles of rubble is a hive of activity. The air is filled with the sounds of hammers hitting nails and metal sheets, shovels scraping pavements, and trucks hauling debris as residents work hard to recover from the catastrophe.
