The Coast Guard and Navy have been involved in providing necessary supplies for the 3,299 passengers. As tugboats begin to tow it back to shore, the Coast Guard says everyone is safe, some relatives are concerned about loved ones stranded in uncomfortable conditions. This ABC News video shows a military helicopter dropping some unconventional cruise cuisine: Spam. The Navy released new photos from aboard the USS Ronald Reagan, where much of the resupplying effort is being coordinated: The Splendor is expected to reach land on Thursday.
