Kagan will be the third female judge on the Supreme Court joining justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor. Ray Suarez looks into the future of the court with law professors Paul Butler of George Washington University and Nicholas Quinn Rosenkranz of Georgetown University. AFTER RULING, WHAT’S NEXT FOR SAME-SEX MARRIAGE? | Celebrations broke out Tuesday in California when a judge overturned a ban on same-sex marriage, but there are still no wedding bells for gay couples hoping to tie the knot. Ray Suarez talks to Jennifer Pizer of the Lambda Legal Defense Fund and Robert George, founder of the American Principles Project.
