His company co-sponsored the recent Gov 2.0 Expo in Washington (my apologies to Tim for calling it a conference) where we caught up with him. Below is our conversation in two parts; the first is regarding the potential for life in the data cloud and what can happen when government works as a platform, the second is his thoughts on the recent concerns over Facebook’s privacy settings. Also at Expo, we caught up with Everyblock.com founder Adrian Holovaty and Natasha Wyatt about Google’s Crisis Response team. A free press is a cornerstone of a healthy democracy.
