Rockefeller has been complying with investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board since the wreck that killed four people and injured dozens. The NTSB said at a press conference Monday that the Metro North train had been going 82 mph in a 30 mph zone when it jumped the tracks. There has not been a definitive conclusion on whether the crash was to blame on mechanical failure or human error. We're not going anywhere.
