Authorities in Iraq told the AP that the bomb exploded Thursday evening local time in Balad Ruz, located 45 miles northeast of Baghdad. In addition, the same authorities reported that two other attacks occurred on the same day. An explosive killed four people and wounded six on a public minibus in Baghdad and three soldiers were killed and five wounded in a bombing in Mosul.
