More than 200 cadets were expected to graduate today at the 137th Annual Commencement Ceremony, NBC Connecticut reported. President Donald Trump delivered the address at last year’s ceremony, saying he was treated unfairly by journalists. Trump recounted that experience as part of his advice to new class of Coast Guard officers that day: “Adversity makes you stronger.
