Air attacks in Syria Syrian government helicopters killed 65 in Aleppo, as the siege on rebels moved into its 8th day. Health care deadlines Today is the deadline to signup for many who want coverage to begin January 1, 2014. Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va. warns that the law could have a "meltdown" and hurt the Democrats in the battle for Senate seats.
