Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius is testifying in front of the House Energy and Commerce Committee on the troubled rollout of HealthCare.gov – A delegation of senior German officials is in Washington for talks concerning the recent revelations of the U.S. monitoring of Chancellor Angela Merkel. In Iraq, overnight suicide attacks are reported to have killed at least 20 people north of Baghdad. China’s state media says that five have been arrested in connection with Monday’s crash in Tiananmen Square, which they have now labeled an act of terrorism.
