Politico reporter Ken Vogel stopped by The Rundown to discuss the RNC's recent troubles, and what they might mean for the upcoming mid-term elections. The organization is in "complete disarray," he said: "The RNC brand is just toxic." He says that the mess could have serious consequences for Republican congressional candidates this fall, if RNC funding starts to dry up.
