Another budget-related item in our discussion on the sport of politics section was the tensions in Madison, Wis., over collective-bargaining rights and public-sector unions, and how it may portend a larger trend. In our equally important politics of sport section, we tackle the beginning of spring training in baseball and where the allegiances lie for our prognosticators.
