Trump tells reporters on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly that, “We’ll be determining what’s going on. We want to have transparency, we want to have openness.” But he’s declining to say whether he still has confidence in Rosenstein following reports Rosenstein discussed possibly secretly recording the president and raised the idea of using the 25th Amendment to remove him from office.
