As part of a pilot program, the federal government deposits $1,000 into an investment account for every eligible child born between Jan. 1, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2028. Minaj, a former Trump critic who said in 2020 she was "not gonna jump on the Trump bandwagon," has pledged to contribute between $150,000 and $300,000 to help fund Trump accounts.
