Amazon later clarified that the team that runs its Haul store, the company’s version of Temu that sells goods for low prices, “considered the idea of listing import charges on certain products,” a spokesperson said. “This was never approved and is not going to happen.” READ MORE: Amazon says it’s not planning to show tariff costs next to product listings The news comes amid questions over the impact of Trump’s trade policies and increased tariffs on foreign imports into the United States.
