PBS News Launches Weekly Video Podcast “Settle In with PBS News”

Arlington, VA (Tuesday, December 2, 2025)— PBS News has launched its new video podcast “Settle In with PBS News,” which features in-depth conversations with industry leaders and change makers conducted by hosts Amna Nawaz and Geoff Bennett, PBS News Hour’s co-anchors and co-managing editors. A new episode will be published every Tuesday and will be available on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

The second episode, released today, features Bennett’s conversation with actor and comedian Nick Offerman about his role as Chester Arthur in the Netflix series Death by Lightening, and his new book “Little Woodchucks: Offerman Woodshed’s Guide to Tools and Tomfoolery.” Last week’s inaugural episode was with Nawaz and New York Times financial columnist Andrew Ross Sorkin on his new book “1929: Inside the Greatest Crash in Wall Street History–and How It Shattered a Nation,” and the lessons it teaches about today’s financial markets. Journalist and author Malcolm Gladwell and “The Health Nerd” and epidemiologist Dr. Gideon Meyerowitz-Katz will appear in future episodes.

“Settle In” is the first video podcast produced by PBS News, and the outlet’s newest podcast since rebranding in June 2024 to better reflect its digital offerings and expanding reach. PBS News continues to reach new and growing audiences across its digital and social platforms, while its weekly broadcast PBS News Hour remains the most credible and objective news sources.

“Settle In” is produced by a rotating team of producers at PBS News, including senior producers Emily Carpeaux and Talesha Reynolds, and supervising and senior executive producer Sara Just.
