On opening night of the Democratic National Convention, San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro became the first Hispanic ever to deliver a keynote address at a DNC. "The dream of raising a family in a place where hard work is rewarded is not unique to Americans," he said. "It's a human dream, one that calls across oceans and borders."
