Chicago releases watchdog probe of Laquan McDonald shooting

The reports don't appear to reveal much new information on the investigations into Jason Van Dyke and 15 other officers.

4 Chicago officers fired for Laquan McDonald shooting cover-up

None of the four were charged criminally, however they were stripped of police powers and assigned to desk duty as their case proceeded.
