Wahl, who works for RT’s Washington bureau, said she could not be part of a “network funded by the Russian government which whitewashes the actions of [Russian president Vladimir] Putin.” Wahl’s resignation comes two days after her RT colleague, Abby Martin, condemned Russia’s actions in Ukraine on-air.
