Ballot boxes are carried via pedicabs Tuesday in the city of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in preparation of Indonesian legislative elections on April 9. Political parties hoping to put forth a standalone candidate for president for Indonesia’s July 9 presidential election need to possess at least 20 percent of the seats in parliament or 25 percent of Wednesday’s vote total, or must form a coalition.
