Architect: Norman Foster & Partners
British architect Norman Foster, renowned for his skyscraper designs, proposed a building consisting of twinned towers that "kiss" at three points. Foster based his design on triangles, which he described as "cross-cultural symbols of harmony, wisdom, purity, unity, and strength" and he promised his towers would be "the most secure, the greenest and the tallest in the world."
