Memorial Square
In this plan, a 10-acre square is surrounded by a public arcade that would have rooftop gardens and a continuous public walkway. The arcade would connect to retail and transit systems and there would be a memorial or cultural building on the site's western edge. The tallest building on the site would reach 80 stories, but have an antenna or sculptural top to mark 1500 feet, while two other towers would reach 70 stories and one would reach 56 stories.
