Memorial Triangle
A five-acre triangular public space is at the center of this site plan, which features six office towers. The highest tower would reach 85 stories, with an antenna or sculptural top to mark 1500 feet, while the next tallest building would reach 61 stories. The other four towers would be 59 stories tall. The site also features a central public pavilion and an east-west pedestrian route that would allow access to the memorial and below-ground transit facilities.
