Memorial Garden
This plan features four acres of open space with memorial or cultural facilities in the southwest corner of the site. It has five office towers, with the tallest reaching 80 stories, and like the other designs, includes a skyline element that would reach 1500 feet. Two towers would reach 66 stories, while two more buildings would top out at 50 stories.
