Tandoori-Inspired Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 24 chicken wings
- 3 cups Snowville Creamery yogurt
- 3 tablespoons madras curry powder
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 tablespoons siracha hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- Toast the curry powder with the canola oil for 2 minutes over low heat.
- Mix the curry powder, yogurt, siracha, lemon juice and salt in a mixing bowl to make the marinade.
- Add the wings to the marinade and let sit overnight or up to 24 hours.
- Grill chicken, preferably over hardwood or coals and serve with sliced lemon wedges.
