To equip myself for seeing Africa the way Hemingway did, I've actually invested in the Hemingway jacket, which is produced by the company that actually produced the jackets he used when he came out here. And they have a little bit of background about Hemingway.

"He didn't just taste life, he bit off big chunks and - gnawed on it for all it was worth."

Don't know if they meant the jacket or life, but anyway.

 


While waiting to have his next Hemingway experience, Palin takes a moment to show off his snappy safari jacket manufactured by the same company that made Hemingway's when he visited Africa in the 1950s.
