Cicero street The Chicago suburb of Cicero has a downhome, working-class feel.

 

Associate Producer Sue Marcoux tries to acquaint herself with the local news.

 

 

 

73-year-old AnnLee Russo has worked for the telephone company for over 55 years, and she has no plans to retire anytime soon.

She may just be a voice on the other end of 411, but AnnLee feels really fufilled by her job.
