Norway (Human Development Index: 0.943) is the world's second-largest gas exporter, and after an economic slowdown in 2008 has since returned to positive economic growth. It's dealing with immigration and integration of ethnic minorities, and an aging population. The U.N. Development Program ranked 187 countries according to income, education and health.
