Art Program Aims to Help Children Affected by AIDS

One in every eight adults in Mozambique is infected with HIV, and many children in the country have lost a parent, or both parents, to the disease.

An art program started by Save the Children in one rural village is trying to help children affected by disease deal with some of their complex emotions. The program is being used as a pilot and is being expanded to other low-income countries with high rates of HIV:
