Remembering the Victims of 9/11

All this week, we've been exploring where America stands 10 years after 9/11, from national security to skyscraper design to your own reflections.

As part of our anniversary coverage, we wanted to include a unique way to remember the people who lost their lives on 9/11.

Starting at 12:01 a.m. ET Friday, the PBS NewsHour's @NewsHourLive account will tweet nearly 3,000 names of the victims of the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. The tweets will continue throughout the weekend, ending about 3 a.m. ET on Monday, Sept. 12.

If you want to find a specific tweeted name, there are several ways to do so. Two are to search the name on http://twitter.com/search, or use the service Snapbird to search @NewsHourLive's tweets with the name.
