Health Care Reform: The Comic Book
When you think about what makes for good material for comic books and graphic novels, the much-debated and heavily-contested federal health reform law is not necessarily the subject matter you would think of. And Jonathan Gruber, an economist and professor at MIT, is not someone you would expect to write a graphic novel.
But after recruiting illustrator Nathan Schreiber to the cause, Gruber did just that out of frustration over what he sees as the public's confusion over the law. Health correspondent Betty Ann Bowser recently talked with Gruber about the book, called "Health Care Reform," at his home just outside of Boston.
